Epson have The Epson Discproducer PP-100N Security for £5,217 (inc VAT) or I have the PX650 and the PX800FW. You need to attach a tray with the PX650, the PX800FW has the tray built in The PX650 is around £100 and the PX800FW is around £200
The advantage with Epson is they have widely available compatible cartridges.0

Some Canon inkjets (e.g. the MP6xx series) have CD print trays as standard, and compatible carts are now relatively cheap.
One disadvantage is that you can't use it from within Linux, but I doubt Epson's can either... [Edit: Wrong! see below.]0

I use one of the Canon iP series (can't remember which). Works very well and not expensive plus it tolerates non-branded inks very well so cheap to run. There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.
It's for the many and not the few. Be sure it's out there looking for you.
In every town, in every state. In every house and every gate.

I'm using Lucid and my Epson Photo R265 prints CD/DVD's using the standard CUPS interface. There aren't all the nice twiddly bits that Epson supply for Windows and you need to select the media using the admin screen but it still works nicely. One disadvantage is that you can't use it from within Linux, but I doubt Epson's can either...My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0
