Hi
looking for some advice. i'm coming back to the uk for 5 days and need to be able to work while i'm there so will need to purchase pay as you go mobile broadband.
i don't have a clue what i should be looking for so need help. i'm doing course work at uni and will need to be able to email documents to my other course mates and possibly do some research on the internet too.
i don't expect it to be heavy usage.
can anyone point me in the right direction? don't know if it makes any difference but i'll be using windows xp. do i need to be aware of geographical problems with mobile broadband or do all providers offer good coverage on this?

This was the best I came across in my search, assuming you already have a dongle:
Buy an O2 dongle SIM from Amazon (to go into the dongle I already have) for £3.49 http://www.amazon.co.uk/02-MOBILE-BROADBAND-SIM-CARD/dp/B001PSF952/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top
and then buy 1GB which lasts for 30 days for £10 whenever I need to use the dongle http://shop.o2.co.uk/promo/o2mobilebroadband/tab/Pay_and_Go0 -

Not really a great deal when you can pick up a 3GB 'Three' Data SIM for around £7 via eBay.
If you can't wait for the post, you can pop into Argos for a iPad Pay As You Go Mobile Broadband 1GB Micro SIM for £4.99. Comes with 1GB for a month.0 -

Oh darn. Wish I had found that eBay deal before I renewed my Orange dongle contract!0
