I've got £40 on TCB but Betfair are dragging their heels.
I sponsored a mate at work for £20 and the event was called off so that's gone in, although I have pledged to him that if it is run again I will stand him for the same amount.
An extra £40 from ebay which I am collecting cash in hand this afternoon.

I also found an old 9ct ring from my teens that has no meaning to me and it weighs in at 4 grammes so that's another £40 from HGM.

    Keep going guys and gals

Hi ellie we had to stay with hal*f*x as we had really bad floods in Hull a couple of years back and also our neighbours across the road had subsidence due to conifer trees. Although we wern't flooded out once the insurance companies see our postcode they won't insure us.

Just sold several cds to somebody in France for £25!:j (nearly didn't bother to relist them at the weekend) & sold an obscure book yesterday to someone whose possibly a published writer/critic:cool:.
Not counting those (because the money hasn't gone to my bank yet) my total's up to @£714 (including amazon sales, Vivatic & mysurvey payments + surprise money from somebody with a guilty conscience)

Been a bit slack on listing things for sale (and on the dribble front) and my personal challenge of trying to get 100 items listed on amazon & other sites) - been focussing on getting rid of things I can't sell on Swapit.

Have been using the self printed and filled in Certificates Of Posting and pre-stamping packages (loaded up on stamps before the prices went up) - have had no trouble with just getting the form stamped. Went in with five items today - not sure so happy they'd be with 44 items not giving them any money ;) at Fredula.

Hey everyone, loving this thread and follow it nearly every day.
Was just wondering if you have to register as self-employed to be able to do mystery shopper assignments?I have registered on a few sites but have never dared to do any before investigating this.If so,is it easy to do?

Jenna Appleseed,am curious about 'Vivatic' that you mentioned in your last post? What does it involve and how much do you make from it?

Keep up the good work guys!

It's a survey and (occasionally an) article writing site, I found out about it on here. and I think also pays people to write articles (if you get lucky and have a chance to take the writing test & get accepted)

I've only been doing the surveys and made two payments of £9.80 in the last three months.
(they say £10 but there's paypal fees)

They do surveys from New Vista and Populus & sometimes other sites.

    Vivatic - Any Good?

    Hi Everybody,

Well I have sent off the last junk phone last week and have received £10 for it, so pleased with that.

Also sold the old PS2 for £20. It had been sitting there for about two years and nobody ever used it. So please with the twenty pounds and also pleased with the space in my house.

I have also listed a few things on ebay so will see what happens with them.

Now what can be next on my hit list.

I'm thinking of punting out all my CDs onto music magpie or whatever the best site is.
Nowadays all my music is on my iPod and apple backup anyways so I cannot see a copywrite issue?

Anybody have a recommendations or experiences? I know I could ask on a main thread but the dribblers tend to give accurate and succinct answers ;)

Hi andy.m - I have used MusicMagpie before & would recommend then. You don't get a huge amount for them but it is easy to do & the advantage is that they could all be gone in one go rather than trying to sell each one individually on ebay or something.

Got another couple of little ebay sales to add & tomorrow OH gets paid which should thankfully be a good one as he has done loads of O/T this month.
