Had a super lucky find ... picked up a pencil sketch from boot sale last weekend. Bought it because I liked it but did a bit of googling which made me think I should get it valued and estimate came back as £300-£400.

Big question now is should I sell or keep it as I originally planned. Nice dilemma to have though

Would love to join this - can I ask, any specific reason for the name/amount?

I'm at £1500 since beginning of April, I'm at an advantage in that my expenditure is incredibly low, to the point of being non-existent. On the downside I'm at student which means I have seldom time to work - but I find looking around for ideas helps to figure out ways to be time efficient. Currently at a loss on what to do though, don't wish to take up a job in the £6 a hour job really, I think time can be much more well spent! Hopefully can gain a few ideas from people on this forum :)

I think it's because before they've done make £9k in 2009, etc. I'm not sure though, I only joined this year at the end of January

    Afternoon Guys!

Hope everyone is well and prospering :D

Just a quick sig update to reflect an ebay sale and £150 into my savings account.

Have been trying to think of ways of generating some extra income. Have been toying with the idea of going self-employed part time again for a while now and think that if I'm going to get anywhere close to acheiving my goals thats what I shall do. Try to create multiple sources of income from "mini-businesses" It is my goal to up my income by £300-£400 punds per month, will take me a while to acheive that methinks but I shall do my very best.

Just out of interest does anyone have any experience of blogging/writing articles with affiliation to generate an income? If so I would welcome a nudge in the right direction!

Thats all from me for now, have a fab weekend everyone

Found 2p and my dad gave me a lift to work so saved £2 bus fare.

I should be doing my car boot sale tomorrow, finger's crossed that it goes well.

    Hi everybody,

Well I have not updated for a few weeks.

I have sold my car as I really did not use it that much. So another £2000 in the pot. I will also be saving money on tax, mot, repairs and insurance. So I am made up.

Was going to do a car boot sale this week but the weather is junk so I am going to wait till next week.

Also my friend is interested in my exercise bike so I think she is going to buy that of me so will have to wait and see.

    Take care
