I haven't updated since January, but have been working super hard so thought it about time!
Cashback has still been rolling in. Properly discovered the joy of surveys a few days ago after half hearted attempts before and have already stacked up a few quid but wont input that till it's officially in my bank!
I have been working on the Census for last few weeks, again to supplement the part time job and have landed a few cushtie babysitting jobs which pay rather nicely ( I don't set a rate, I just accept whatever they think is fair - although I did turn down £40 for 5 hours on Wednesday - rightly or wrongly, it felt like daylight robbery so I only took half, too darn honest me!)
Have got the OH into cashback now too and he's quite excited about it, I'll add his to the pot as what's his is mine & what's mine is mine!
ISA paid out a nice little £90 odd a short while ago.
So without going over the last 4 months with a fine toothed comb I'm going to estimate current total at around £1,759.72 / £11,000
Happy with that ^_^
Do you have a childcare qualification or do you just babysit for friends and family?0 -
Hi all,
I have been absent for a few days because I got food poisoning at our bbq on friday night
It has taken me 3 day's to recover so I am gutted because I wanted to spend some DTD voucher's and do some Avon.
Oh well starting to feel better so I am playing some bingo at the moment and I have won £5.0 -
@ dawn1974
I just sit for friends' children - usually friends of my parents actually.
I would consider getting one though - one of the people I sit for pays her Childminder £50 a day for 4 hours looking after 3 really nice girls. That's almost what I was earning at my full time horrible admin job last year!If you worry, you die..and if you don't worry, you die... so why worry?!0
