I haven't updated since January, but have been working super hard so thought it about time!
Cashback has still been rolling in. Properly discovered the joy of surveys a few days ago after half hearted attempts before and have already stacked up a few quid but wont input that till it's officially in my bank!
I have been working on the Census for last few weeks, again to supplement the part time job and have landed a few cushtie babysitting jobs which pay rather nicely ( I don't set a rate, I just accept whatever they think is fair - although I did turn down £40 for 5 hours on Wednesday - rightly or wrongly, it felt like daylight robbery so I only took half, too darn honest me!)
Have got the OH into cashback now too and he's quite excited about it, I'll add his to the pot as what's his is mine & what's mine is mine!
ISA paid out a nice little £90 odd a short while ago.
So without going over the last 4 months with a fine toothed comb I'm going to estimate current total at around £1,759.72 / £11,000
Happy with that ^_^If you worry, you die..and if you don't worry, you die... so why worry?!0 -
Ooooh, I forgot we cracked open the money tins last month and found £169 inside.
The OH and I are off to New Zealand for a year at the end of May so have been scrimping for that last 2 years in order to pay for it. I need to find as many ways to make money while we're away as possible as we won't be able to get steady jobs with all the travelling.
Anything inputted from June onwards then will likely be our only income till May 2012 as we won't have anything regular coming in. Wish us luck, we'll need it!

just selling stuff on ebay, saving change in a bottle, surveys, bingo, casinos, topcashback, got a job with census, save my child benefit, sold some old gold, used loads of money off vouchers
Can you recommend any cashback casinos that work please? Been looking on tcb but they seem to get very mixed reveiws. I've done the well known names like Will Hill, Coral etc. I was wondering about 888, 32 red etc....need something to earn a few pounds after the demise of DTD....This is a system account and does not represent a real person. @ Malices - its amazing how much loose change lying around the house can add upto. I recently took almost several kilos (not joking) of 1p, 2p coins to my nearest coinstar. Got back almost 68 quid. Felt good to be walking to the counter at Sainsbury with them giving me money
Plus lets not forget, it only took about 10 minutes to count all those coins!0 -
Declaring for April:
Surveys - £37.00
Small pension - £34.62
Board from son - £120.00 (unexpectedly back home)
Voucher - 50p
Found - 2p...will have to look on the ground more:rotfl:
So total of £192.14GC - Oct £36.17/£31
GC - Sep £35.56/£30:o
GC - Aug £30.73/£31
GC - Jul £30.80/£310 -

We took ours to the bank...or rather the OH did after I bagged it all up in the different denominations how they like it, or so I thought. Apparantly OH and the cashier spent ages taking it all out of bags and putting it in news ones in right quantities :S woops!!I would have died of embarrassment if I'd taken it in myself! Lol.
At least coinstar doesn't give you that troubleIf you worry, you die..and if you don't worry, you die... so why worry?!0 -

The sun is out and I am going out to tackle more of the weeds - so that maybe I can actually grow something edible, and save a few pennies in the process.
Elly - count me in for the challenge. I know I can do it, and this is just the kick up the *** I need to get on with it. Probably be e bay for me, since I have not really added any new stuff, just relisting the old bits.
Haven't updated my sig, but I have a fair bit to add since I have doubled my hours at work since Feb - just need to look out payslips and add up how much extra I have made. Also have sold quite a lot but not added that yet.
