Went to see a CV writer today to help me make my CV stand out against the 300 others that are going for the same jobs as me lol. Well worth the 45 mins and free too.

Well i've sold my junk and gonna take the stuff that hasn't sold to charity shop, thinking that I needed something else to do although my target is only £1000 still need a boost, I have decided I am saving every £2 coin I get and have started the rounding down challenge as of today so have transferred £3.41 tonight as I have worked out what I will have tomorrow. Have finally updated signature but not really alot there, waiting for £10 off IP and £50 off DY and currently doing a food survey for £15 so that will be a boost.

    Evening.

    I'm up to £20.25 on Onepoll :j.

Made £10 from doing a spray tan, was my auntie so I wasn't expecting anything but I wasn't going to say no - its in the piggy!

Ebay items are looking good. Over the £45 mark and I think they'll bounce up nearer the end.

Two shifts at the hotel this week so thats another £50 odd.

You should still be able to make a claim with Royal Mail if you have proof of postage?

i hope so,ive sent off the forms today so fingers crossed! Last time it happened,my claim was rejected as 15 days hadn't passed before refunding the buyer and they said the item wasn't lost!

Ive had another ebay sale,so thats £20 to add to the pot when the buyer pays me. OH and i have decided to borrow a van one weekend and take it to the car boot sales and get rid of as much stuff as we can, even ebay is starting to annoy me now! :o

    Hi everyone,
Jo I could do with a mini challenge as I'm not doing too well at the moment although we had a wonderful time last week in Northumberland.
Just watching the news about Japan. those poor people have lost everything. Its so sad.:cry:
Its my GD's 2nd birthday party on Sunday so tomorrow I am baking buns and making jellies. 20 littles ones are coming ranging from about 9 months to 6 years old so should be fun :rotfl::rotfl:

hi Rosie, better you than me! hope you're keeping well. been watching the news off and on all day - at least it seems to have petered out before it hit anywhere else.
Jo txtd you about that programme -cant remember if it was last night or wednesday! - did you manage to see it? how did your bash at making lemon curd go? - have got myself 84 jars to make curds, jams and chutneys - must stock up on sugar from Tesco as on special just now as have two fairs in the next month, just as well as only have three cakes for the rest of the month so it will be skintbint for a bit longer.
am going to set myself challenges this week - well more a list of to do's, trying to get back on track.
