Sold 2 small scale items on ebay for about £8. got a few biggers one which should rake in £100 in total by the end of the week.

But hopefully in the horizon i have a good amount of stock i should be able to buy cheap and give it a crack on ebay.

Temtation is a horrible thing as i am finding it difficult not to spend my pot as this is my first real challenge to save up, i have always been a spend whats left at the end of the month rather than save. But hey ho, onwards and upwards.
I'm the same way especialy since I don't have my main job....decided to throw myself out there and get the job I want haha :rotfl:
So if I run out of money I will have to dip into the savings!:(

Did anyone else get the Consumer Pulse invite just now to install software on your computer? I am tempted by the points but don't like the feeling of someone having access to all the details I enter online....think I might give it a miss.

Going to sort out my accounts tonight and see how much I have saved. Sealed pot doing nicely and will be cracked open in May to use as spending money for our hols. :j

  • hello!

not much to report today! i did a night shift last night so got that to bank next week. I also sold a baby bath on ebay that i got for my sister but she already had one,it was new, so i got a great price for it, so thats another £20 to bank when its picked up :) i found what i thought was a good survey with a £5 reward voucher - turns out the voucher is a free bingo bonus that you would get anyway and now im being bombarded with spam so i will spare you all that one!

  • Hey all!
Great to see so many excellent starts to the year with moneymaking, keep it up!
As for me, well, I haven't, ha! I'm slightly distracted by OH being around, but I need to sit down and look at what I can do this year - so yet again I'll be slow to the off, but I promise to get my head down and work at it. Post Christmas tidy up showed that as usual there is plenty I can think about eBaying (yep, missed the freebie weekend, oops) and I'm starting getting back into to surveys etc till I figure out something bigger.

Got myself a new fridge freezer in the sale, with tons of freezer space, so that I can head back to the Old Style board and at least get back to *saving* some money, even if I'm not earning some extra just yet.
