Good luck with the parking idea Nickit. Take a look at this site to see the prices people are willing to pay. http://www.parkatmyhouse.com/uk
Nice idea. :TThanks Guys, i've actually been on this site for a while now but dont get involved to much so this is my first venture in!
So far i have a Laptop on ebay that is going to bid (£155 so far end tommorow) and i've just sent off to sell my phone £117 for that, so good start.
We dont really have much in our house that i could sell as we dont have DVD's etc as we download everything. But ill have a hunt.
I was thinking we have a free parking space with our apartment that we dont use and i could rent it out to people from work (as work is literally 2 mins from parking spot) for like £3-£5 a week. That would bring in around £250 to the total over the year.0 -
PS little mama have you checked the MSE mobile cashback checker to ensure youre getting the best deal? Sounds like you have but its worth a quick click! (unless Tesco is the highest!)
Thanks Tinkerbel,
I did check and they were the best for that phone.....although for the sake of the extra £2 I'm wondering if I'd have been better going with Mazuma....may well have had money by now.

Just recycled an old mobile for £11 and I have £9.25 in a survey account. Not a fortune but a start I suppose.
PS How do you add the info under your posts?Make £2012 in 2012 Challenge No.155: £85.40/£20120 -
Another review done and to whoever it was who reminded me about ciao, thank you! Somehow I made about another 12p over the last few days which has taken me over the payout mark so I've requested! It says it can take ages though so ho-hum!
Is anyone else here on DY?
Im over at DY same username as here prefer it to ciao as you get points for writing rather than others rating you and I have made £120 so far in about 6 months on and off with it xx0 -

Waiting for some money to hit my bank account, hopefully some will tomorrow! Sold some things on ebay yesterday, waiting for payment on 2 things, will come to about 10pounds.
Got result back for my OU assignment today, thought I would fail as was due in on 4th Jan and didnt really start ot till 1st Jan but got 80%! maybe should leave them all till last minute! lol
Congratulations on your OU result :T:T
I just sent you a PM re Retail Eyes.0 -
Managed to post 7 items on eBay yesterday, thanks to everyone who said about the free listing day! I wouldn't have known about it if it wasn't for everyone here.
I also signed up for Retail Eyes mystery shopping and booked my first assignment for Friday which I'm really looking forward to! I won't add it to my total until the money is in the bank though.
Well done everyone :T£11k in 2011 Challenge - £1307.59
