I won't be using them again. I ordered a DVD for my nephew, using the voucher, on 8th December. I have received an email from them today (9 days later) to say it either was either out of stock or damaged when they came to pick my order so they have cancelled it meaning the £5 voucher is no longer available for use. Taking 9 days before even starting to dispatch the item is the poorest service I have received this year and now a week before Christmas I need to try to track the DVD down. Shocking service.

Anyone been receiving orders from bee.com? Used the £5 off voucher to order a DVD, received an order confirmation e-mail. No dispatch e-mail, no 'recent orders' on 'my account' but the money's been taken for it from my account. Confused & wary!

received all 3 orders from them.. one was incorrect so used the free postage returns label and they have refunded the money into my account now also..

would get in touch with them see whats happening

Just called and a nice lady answered within 2 rings!! Apparently was dispatched on the 12th despite lack of e-mail so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
