My order just arrived, 2 dvds from one order but in separate packages. All cellophaned and looking new, was worried after reading about others looking used but seems to be all above board!

This company is the sole provider of entertainment goods to Morrisons so im guessing there is a chance that unsold and unused returned goods from Morrisons which is no longer in the Morrisons chart is sent back to the warehouse and either sent out to another contract customer or in this case sent to a online customer! The product is fine but obviously where its been on display in a store it probably looks used which is not ideal!

I ordered the Cheryl Cole CD which came as new.

I just rung up CS and he seemed a bit confused about my faulty DVD so it doesnt seem like its a regular occurance - i am going to exchange it for a new one so fingers crossed its ok!

My order arrived today, but unfortunately got sent Winnie the Pooh instead of Shrek. And they're now out of stock. Customer Services pleasant but no chance of a replacement before Christmas, so not over the moon, but good price, and should get film eventually.
