    well they have my money and i have no dvds or anything i wont be using them again :mad:

    I've had no problem with my order, very pleased with their super fast delivery. Did you see the update on the main page.
    "MSE UPDATE: 12.40 Thurs 9 Dec: Bee.com is having issues with card payments at the mo. If you’re thinking about buying something, it’s worth holding off a while until the issues are resolved."

    I order on Friday and got my DVD today, I didn't order a popular DVD so maybe the issues with stock or card payments still. ?

    I ordered a DVD which arrived today but no sign of me Cheryl Cole Album. Will send an email I think.

    When did you order Cheryl Cole's album? I ordered it late Tuesday night and received it today.

    I haven't had any problems with them. Ordered a DVD on Wednesday and received it today (which I think is quite quick delivery). I never had a despatch email though.

    This seems to be hit and miss. I just wish they would answer my emails. Very poor service.

    I ordered mine on Tuesday evening too :( Oh well, maybe they just forgot to put it in. I bet they have been flooded with MSE orders. Will forgive them if they get it to me before Crimbo :D
