27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!

I haven't received my order yet, I placed mine on the 9th. I have a feeling it is a problem with Royal Mail in my area as parcels I was supposed to receive last week arrived a week late and parcels which were supposed to be here Thursday hasn't arrived either.
Been charged the correct amount though so I'm happy with the service I have received so far (well not RM obviously)

Well I'm not so happy as other half had his order cancelled and it won't let him order something else as says promotional code has already been used. Tried to order via daughter's details to get round it but still says code has been used. Won't be using them again.It's 5 o'clock somewhere!0

Perhaps those that cannot get the code to work it may be worth contacting them via email to see if they will issue those who had orders cancelled with another code. I emailed them regarding my order and had an email with a ticket number where you can log on to see the status of your query and any correspondance. I'm sure if you give them the chance to rectify the situation they will do something.Comping wishlist for 2017

Was it the same address on each account? The code seems to be 'one per address' rather than 'one per person'. If you could have it sent to work or a relative's address it might go through? Worth a try!0 -

I have e-mailed them 3 times regarding a DVD which I paid for but was not delivered. They haven't replied to me.0 -

they didnt reply to my emails or anser there phone very bad customer serviceReplies to posts are always welcome, If I have made a mistake in the post, I am human, tell me nicely and it will be corrected.
