Paid off contract - still getting bills!
I paid off T-Mobile contract end of August, had so many problems and it was the best way to go, I paid £168.40 and made sure the man on the phone said over and over again I no longer owed T-Mobile anyway. Last month I received a bill for around £40 (contract was £35 and the sim had been destroyed so how it had been used is anyones guess ) I phoned them explained and thought that was that until this morning, in plops another bill for last months and another £35 added on top! Anyone had this happen before? What do I do?

Don't call them, put it in writing with a copy the reciept for the paying off the contract.0

The receipt being my bank statement?
Thanks for replying.
I would also ask them to check the account and see that it is marked "cancelled" Then ask for the date it is cancelled. !!!! ups occur and go on and on.
When you have the answer to the above, then include that in the letter asking for your refund immediately.0
