Thoughts on Cash ISA transfer to S&S ISA?

Thanks for posting this question  This is one of my biggest dilemmas having previously had a large exposure to S&S ISAs which I have now scaled back to approx 85% cash and 15% S&S. I do wander if I should now up this but after some rough times with investments a few years ago but I'm not sure of the % split. My 15% is in emerging markets as I can afford to lose this money if the worst should happen but equally it's also just enough to make it worthwhile if the funds receive good growth. It's good to know that I'm not the only one thinking of the risk/reward with my current cash ISAs.
Hope all goes well with your chosen investments0 -
It is a difficult time in terms of % returns on cash and therefore why I feel I need to up my S&S ISA as in the long term I feel it will out perform cash. I also want emerging markets in my ISA portfolio, as like you, if the markets under perform I feel this is an acceptable amount for me to loose. Although I am sure if it actually came to it I would be rather more upset than accepting!0
