vodafone dongle not working what do i do

Please help! My dongle as for a few weeks let me connect but then really pathetic at loading pages. Or sometimes will work sometimes not at ,all or will just be slow. Vodafone I have spoken to 6x they then finally sent me a new dongle but kept same sim. It's still the same I've been back into them this morning for him to call me a liar cos usage showed on my account but that's cos I can connect I told him this. I really don't know what t do voda won't do anything bout it sorry if conversation a bit allover having t use phone

    None of the networks guarantee coverage at any particular location.

    You may find that putting the dongle on a USB extension and hanging it out of an upstairs window may help (in a plastic bag if it's raining).

    Some dongles can take add-on aerials but they don't come cheap.

    A home made tinfoil reflector may work too as might a loft mounted 3G router.

    All the options rely on you being able to maximise what signal there is though because the network operator is under no contractual obligation to do anything.

    I'm paying 30 pound a month. They are basically saying I get the best coverage in my area. I have had no problems for the last 12 months then all of a sudden doesn't work. Y should I pay 30 a month if I no longer receive the service

    You could try asking on the Vodafone forum (they have Vodafone reps there)...

    There could be a known issue with your local cell so include your postcode in the post.
