Hi Lucylou, still having problems then, been off the forum a couple of days anyhow a couple of questions .

Do you have a T-Mobile Dongle, and is it in when the system crashes?

If it's not in try with it in to see if that stops the crash, or without if its in . Sounds like the hokey-cokey but I guess you know what I am meaning.:dance:

Oh and have the crashes started since you bought it ?

Edited again, have you recently added the speedtouch 330 software too, because I don't think that works well with Windows 7

ANother edit Also could you Goto Control Panel / Programs and Features and click on the Installed On header to sort it in descending date and let us know if you have installed antything just before it started crashing.
