not much happened today of any interest. i was very bad on the way home i picked up a takeaway! this is a habit which really will be being hit on the head very very soon.
I've been thinking about setting myself some challenges for next year. I'm useless at new years resolutions so i'm going to have a think about things before christmas so that i can set them as realistically as possible.
  • I can so sympathise with the stopping for a takeaway thing - it's so easy to fall into that trap isn't it. I think the winter nights make it even more tempting as well, as when it's cold you just want to go home and snuggle up, and cooking just seems like SO much effort!

my husband is very lovely, he popped to Asda on the way home from work in time to raid their reduced items and he's bought me some beautiful flowers. They are 'extra special' ones which i would never have bought ever for myself which makes them even better. what just tops the cake is that they're vastly reduced, which means i can enjoy them with a clear mind. Now i wish i hadn't had the chinese as i don't feel worthy of such lovely pretty flowers.

he also picked up a couple of their cooked chickens for a pound or so each so that's loads of meals sorted for us once i've striped the meat off the bones.
  • :) hello

Flowers are lovley takeaway are an additional lovely thing

You've been ill, you've got to take it a day at a time - don't forget that me dear - you ARE worth it.

It not right at the back door - you have to walk for a few minutes

from the back door down a private track - six minutes if strolling at a leisurely pace.

Although up here nowts private really

I'll take the link down in a mo - just wanted you to see it.
