 Considering the level of 'advice' i recieved on here, and noticing other messages, it would seem many here are out to judge and cast stones rather than actaully help!
 I appreciate your messages PT 
 I had a call from sainsburys head office, wonderful lady, full of concern for son, who by the way is STILL in bandages.. and she's offered him a goodwill gesture, that was pretty generous, so i will be able to take him into the store when he feels better and he can choose what he likes 
 The manufacturer was not that bothered at all, so big thumbs up for sainsburys!   0 0
