    Considering the level of 'advice' i recieved on here, and noticing other messages, it would seem many here are out to judge and cast stones rather than actaully help!

    I had a call from sainsburys head office, wonderful lady, full of concern for son, who by the way is STILL in bandages.. and she's offered him a goodwill gesture, that was pretty generous, so i will be able to take him into the store when he feels better and he can choose what he likes :)

    The manufacturer was not that bothered at all, so big thumbs up for sainsburys!
