I went through seveal times before and just after midnight, a fewruntimeerrors and also thenfailing toconfirm. Stiltelling me I have the vouchers not exchanged and tospend. Noreceiptbut then when I try to re-add them to use it tells me theyhave been used.Added the tesco addy to safe sendersowillcall them toorow.
Thereason Iwas so confised was the woman aweekago on the phone told mean entirely different process. Just to find the paper tokens add them on then us them to buy. Nothing about conversion and getting converted tickets out etc. AlsoIdidn'tknow it was a multiple of £10 only which is a shame as I have a few invalidated receipts I could have used to get the extra£3.50 to qualify for £20!. Never mind, the system crashing may allow a lot of lee way as it's not just tonight, it started over the weekend.

I'm off to wither away ready to ring Tesco ustomer services with trilions of othersin the morning, will let you know how I get on, and thanks again for the assistance y'allnight

I know your message isn't addressed to me but I'm sure the others will agree that of the two listed, definitely the second one with the dual core processor and larger hard drive and RAM.0

If you are definately going to spend your Tesco vouchers on a laptop then exchange the vouchers as soon as possible. The codes you need to use to buy the goods will be emailed to you and will take up to 24 hours to come. This gives you time to choose, although I see you are having problems with the vouchers, good luck.
It's only a game

With all the extra malware on my laptop (current) and without anyone to interpret the logs, I may try an alternative way of buying the laptop using a system recommended by gonzo on the techie thread, but if this laptop continues to rapidly lose power may opt for over the counter so that I can save what is on this one before the power goes completely. It means asking a family member to travel some distance to do it for me so I'll persevere with trying to get the vouchers sorted for Xmas presents, but I don't know where to start with what to look for on a decent laptop with all the offers the shops have on as I am not up on the spec. Thanks both of you for your help, it's nice of you to take the timeMy space bar is broken so apologies if parts of my post's appear jumbled, thanks for your patience & for reading.
