Problem Purchasing Ryanair Flight

I'm trying to buy a flight to Dublin on Ryanair's site.
I've selected the flights, inputted my address and card details and it keeps popping up a window saying I need to correct the following
"The issue number can only be a digit"
There is no box for issue number and I'm trying to pay with a Mastercard. It's so frustrating! I tried buying it earlier and they said there were 3 flights left, now they're saying 1 is left.
Can anyone offer an advice please? Thanks
