This is a great deal if you can get it, although I have been playing around for the past hour with 2 personalised xmas cards in my basket but get the following error - The item(s) in your shopping cart do not qualify for this promotion. Are you sure this is a BOGOF ? I used this code recently and just got what the code says...ie ONE FREE CARD !

Yes I think so, this looks like a new offer as it's advertised on their homepage? and think the other offer code was ONEFREECARD for one free card (I can remember using that one the other week) but this one says use code ONEFREE to get BOGOF so I'm really not sure? :think:

Hi, I just ordered with no problems discount came off automatically at checkout paid £3.97 for 2 cards inc postage.

Really kimble?! I wonder why its not working for me? are you a new or existing customer? did you order 2 of the same size/price cards? I was trying to order two standard size photo upload ones

Yes you`re right ..it is a new code...I tried it and it worked fine. Are you creating both cards before inserting the code ?

Yes I added them to my basket and then added the code but its saying they don't qualify for it I'll give customer services a quick call in the morning to see what I'm doing wrong!
