Strange 'kickspace' heater??? - pics included.

In the summer I moved into a new build housing association flat. There is a heater under the oven which is labelled 'Myson kickspace 500'. My living room is open plan with the kitchen and has the tiniest radiator at one end of the living room which is supposed to heat the entire living room and kitchen! Now that winter has…

Thanks Mr Meanie, I tried the method in your earlier post but no joy.

I only have five radiators, one is always off as is in the spare room so never needed, two have thermostatic valves so I turned them off and didn't touch the remaining two with no valves.

Will have a go at bleeding or venting the heater next, if not I can ring the HA to come and fix it but I didn't want to waste their time unnecessarily.
