Thanks Mr Meanie, I tried the method in your earlier post but no joy.
I only have five radiators, one is always off as is in the spare room so never needed, two have thermostatic valves so I turned them off and didn't touch the remaining two with no valves.
Will have a go at bleeding or venting the heater next, if not I can ring the HA to come and fix it but I didn't want to waste their time unnecessarily.0
