Hi, I'm planning to possibly switch to sky but just wanted some advice.
How have people found their customer service? What is the broadband like? Does anyone have any comparisons with BT?
Just wondered if anyone could help - I'm reluctant to switch unless I can be sure I'll get at least the same product as with BT :S

Well, if your required standard is only that of BT, then any ISP can manage that without much effort.
Is Sky available LLU on your exchange?-if not you will be offered the dire Sky Connect (non-LLU) service though.No free lunch, and no free laptop
