Cheap dialup payg internet required

I am looking for a cheap dialup internet PAYG.

I checked out Tesco dialup internet which was 3p day time and 1p after 6.00pm and weekends, unfortunately a credit card is required to register and the actual credit card is then billed every month.

Are there any othe isp's with a similar rate to Tesco's that do not require a credit card to register?
