Ordering Sky Box Office - help

OK so this is the first time I've had a SBO (but this is for a special occasion on Tuesday night so want to get it right).
If I select say the 7pm showing, can I then pause it when it starts or add it tomy Sky+ planner as want to start it when everything is set (as I saId special evening, dinner etc)?
While watching, if need to, can you pause and rewind etc as normal?

Yes you can use the functionality (pause etc) of Sky plus on box office and you can record but it deletes the Movie/event after 24 or 48 hours automatically so you cant buy it and keep it on your hard drive forever!0

Plus if you record it & then don't watch it,you won't be charged for it.0
