    I would check to see exactly what is included for the money. If that is just for the op and you have to pay for follow up visit separately, it might not work out cheaper.

    At the end of the day all vets have to be qualified so if you like and trust the Vet and are comfortable with him/her, then the cost is irrelevant (not very MS comment, but hey)!
  • £59 is below cost price for both male and female dog neuterings so I would check for a catch. Do they charge for stitch removal, post-op painkillers etc or is this a loss leader? Personally, I feel using surgery as a loss leader is not a good idea - surgery should be taken seriously.
