Hi
I want to buy my mum a mobile for christmas, possibly/probably on orange (just because thats what i'm on and the signal seems pretty good where we live)

She's had her last phone for about 6 years :o its more to have on her 'just incase' and can easily go a week without using it.

wheres the best place to go to get it? one of the highstreet shops or is say argos just as good? or is there somewhere on line anyone can recommend?

I've said nokia because i 'believe' they are the easiest to use??
thanks!!

For this sort of thing, there is nothing wrong with walking into Argos or a supermarket for a cheap phone, the phone shops themselves also have reasonably cheap phones, too.

Websites are very cheap, too, with free delivery.

The One Stop Phone Shop, for example, has the Nokia 1661 on Orange at £3.90 when you buy a £10 top up, but if you use a cashback website like https://www.quidco.com, you can get £7.50 cashback for buying a PAYG phone from OneStopPhoneShop, meaning you pay £13.90 but get £7.50 back, the equivalent of paying only £6.40 in total for a new phone with £10 credit.

There are various other combinations of phones and cashback, but this is one example.
