There's been no request for help with cleaning keyboards or screens so we can't be certain of that.

I'm a newbie so I can't post links - However I have found OpenDNS to be very useful for my family.
Rather than installing software you just have to change the address of your DNS name servers.

I'm afraid you will have to Google it - Open DNS - they do a free package for home users.

That's probably one of your best bets (and it's free), just set your DNS settings on the computer to point towards their DNS servers, once you register your IP address, you can configure filtering based on website catergories.

Although technically it's possible to prevent access, I'm not sure it's the best solution available.

Wouldn't that be sticking a plaster on a headache? The problem isn't that !!!!!! has been accessed, the problem is a request has been made to not do it, and the request is being quite blatantly ignored.

Nothing we post on here is going to change that. Though I suppose it depends how 'hard' he tries (sorry, couldnt resist)

Open DNS is probably the best bet. Itll block most pron from the start. But as I stated from the off, its easy to find unblocked pron given enough time

If the OP feels the same as most on here, - that hes disrespectful. Then thats an entirely different ballgame. Personally id lock the computer. When I (the OP) is home THEN he can look for jobs and job related sites online. During the day he can get off his backside and walk to places.

But at the end of the day its entirely upto the OP. Theyve asked how to BLOCK pron. Not how to go about the actual situation 'in hand' (Sorry again )

Yeh but it's pretty obvious he won't stop going on !!!!!! and if the OP doesn't choose to end their relationship due to this then she needs a solution so she can deal with it. We are here to try and help provide that solution.
