Insert a WRONG sim card, one that doesn’t work in your phone. When it says phone restricted, press ‘undo’. It will ask you for a restriction code, and input the code into the box on the screen.

(*I'm aware that if I input the wrong code 5 times the phone gets completely locked & I have to approach a shop.)

I have another SIM card which gives the same message as baldhead describes above (in post #807). Can I also enter it this way - with the other SIM in the phone? Ta, G

Edited... stupid me I put in the Sim Serial number first

The IMEI looks wrong. Are you sure it doesn't begin with 35. Yours has 13 digits while there should be 15 digits in all I think.
