I entered the code you gave me again with the O2 sim in this time and still it says cannot undo restriciton.

What shall I do?

I done it again and it still doesnt unlock!?!?

Thats the 3rd time I tried it. Once with vodafone sim then o2 sim. Now I used the new code with the o2 sim still no joy.

the settings are right

so you have tried the first and the second codes with the O2 sim card in ??

you should be entering the code when it asks for a restriction code

I have tried both codes with o2 sim card inside.

It says 'enter restriction code' - After I enter it I pressed enter and says cannot unrestrict or something along those lines.

if it says cannot undo restriction then you have used all your code tries
