barbietee009, I'm afraid the 5300 is a BB5 phone which means it cant bu unlocked by the free codes given here, T-Mobile are the people you will have to call to unlock it and they will chrge you about £20

I've tried a couple of unlock codes from unlock.nokiafree.org and https://www.trycktill.com but neither of them have the 6230i listed (only the 6230) and I'm not sure what to put in the boxSerial / Gen dropdown.

My IMEI number is 357097002023799, phone is nokia 6230i and network is Orange.

Please, please, please help.
