My new virgin phone is loaded with £15,and it has to be loaded with £30 for virgn to unlock it. As it is now, and it will take me ages to use it, I am a low user. My friend has an online virgin account with virgin and spends loads on her phone. I am wondering whether it is possible for her to e-mail virgin and give the IMEI of my phone for an unlock code, she has to say the phone is hers. Can his be done? I want it sim free so that I can put a french sim in it when I go to France. Thanks
