Have you tried a different sim in it? as these are mostly unlocked to different networks as standard from o2

IMEI number should be 15 digits, type in *#06# or look under the battery, and network you're on.

At present there are no remote codes for your phone, contact your service provider, as this is the way forward at the moment.
