Can you let me know what I need to do now please. It is my first time. Through reading I think I have to take the sim out of the phone then enter the code is this right? I have tried this code without the sim card and a message says "code error" any help?

Thank you for your time and effort. Do I do this with the tesco/o2 sim card in or with no sim card in? I have tried with o2 sim in and no sim in and I am getting message saying "Code Error" any advise please.
