Insert a WRONG sim card, one that doesn’t work in your phone. When it says phone restricted, press ‘undo’. It will ask you for a restriction code, and input the code into the box on the screen.

both the N70 and the 6280 can only be unlocked by the method in the very first post in this thread, go read the bit in BIG LETTERS

Sorry if this isn't the right way to post a new topic on the site - could only find the "Reply" button. Not a good week so far, technology-wise, as you'll see.

Trying to get correct code to unlock Nokia 3100, tried 2 sites to double check and now have 14 different codes!
IMEI is 353368004470807. Any advice?


Also - bought a Sagem last week as emergency holiday phone to use iwth SIM4TRAVEL (from BA shop), can't unlock this phone or get it unlocked - "We don't have the software". Off now to try for money back. Just to warn anyone out there thinking of getting a cheap backup phone, maybe Sagem's not the best bet.

Also - there seems to be no SIM card in my Nokia phone, and I can't see where one would go - not the usual little slot to fit one into, so can't see how I'll use the SIM4TRAVEL even if I do unlock the Nokia! Help needed!
