Thanks for the help Browntoa. The phone wasn't already locked so I tried the code but it didn't work.

I then did some investigating and the IMEI code outside on the box is different to the one on the phone (it's a refurbished phone so maybe O2 have put the wrong one in the box before sending it to me).

The actual IMEI code is 357969005786335 (locked to O2).

I'd be grateful if you could help me again!!
