Thanks for reply. I had found a code using Nokia unlock calculator once I'd found info on this forum about changing the calculator to use Asic2 and Asic6 options. Is there a table anywhere that lists which phones / networks require which options? People could then try to unlock phones themselves before having to ask for help.

too many combinations...

some of the free software calcs will set the settings for a lot of models ...but then some networks have their own so ....
