Well, I check my accounts online and reconcile my budget every weekend, so I can see why she would want to look at her statement every week.
Can you set up online access for her and print out statements for her if she can't use the internet herself?0 -

At one point you could have statements sent daily if you wanted too.
However in the OPs case i would recommend the account holder uses online banking or just go into branch on a weekly basis and ask for a print out of the account transactions required.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0
