constructive dismissal earned me a JSA sanction now im jobless and pennyless

I was only trying to help but genuine apologies if raising old thread is not allowed. I was rightly or wrongly just trying to stear mitch to realise how valuable helpful non attacking posts can be when desperate or needing advice, like he orginally got. I will not be pm mitch as dont need argument, it is just sad he rants on other threads to extent might push people away thinking all judge that way.

I personally do not like the way he keeps lecturing those on dla and find it insulting to those that are finding it hard to hold onto it even though genuinely in need of it, you see desperation there definatley, what if he rants on one of those I dread to think.

the original OP of this topic has been posting on two other threads simulatneously giving VERY ill informed and potentially harmful advice to people claiming disability related benefits- which he quite clearly states in this thread he has not been claiming.

The OP has made some extremely inflammatory comments about those on disability and other benefits and quite rightly in my opinion has had their hypocrisy made clear for all to see with the resurrection of this thread

and tell me how you have:
1) answered the question of the thread topic
2) been friendly in a response
3) NOT come to an opinion without knowing all the facts

your post has just caused the mountain to get bigger taken a small comment out of proportion to then use in a flamorory way.

your post was not needed here, and purely proves that trolls dont know when to quit..

when I posted on the other threads asking you where all these jobs were that you were advocating people should get and explained our family situation you chose to ignore it - even when I asked the question again- because it did not fit in with your infernal rantings about sky and fillet steak you still ignored it

so I guess it's one rule for you and one rule for everyone else then

Confusing as I thought this poster was getting lectured for being disabled. But seems to be giving advise of tough love to other disabled now. Then re read and poster says not disabled. Oh I give up.

I remember the saying not to tell granny how to suck eggs you might offend her.
