Billing query about Virgin Pay Monthly

On my online bill I get

£15 line rental
-£5 transfer between accounts

Anyone know what this deduction is?

And I'm not an NTL customer

    I got that on my bill too, and was puzzled as to what it meant. FWIW it only appeared on my first bill from Virgin, there's been no similar deductions on subsequent bills.

    maybe if you came from payg you still had £5 credit in the account or you used a sim with £5 credit on that they issued ages ago?
