Mine didn't arrive and I called them Sunday.
Tracking still shows sorting a Droitwich Hub since 5am.
Needed to take it to work tomorrow too.
Not impressed.Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

I got these - the tea treats is ok - a little on the small side - but really happy with the wicker hamper (which i think is the better quality item yet was cheaper than the tea set) but great for £11.00

NEVER again will I order from BHS ... Was waiting for some crackers for my Christmas Party I've organised for Thursday .. Will be a MIRACLE if I get it by then!!
Looks like I'm going to have to use some 'cheap and nasty' ones I have got in the house but its not going to make the Christmas Party table look very nice as the theme was SILVER
Just have some cheap grotty blue ones with snowmen on them...
Can't buy any more to replace as will be out of pocket due to BHS and I'm doing this party voluntarily so am already out of pocket ( but didn't mind if the table looked PRETTY! )
I reckon they DON'T CARE / Give a hoot as they probably know we'll EVENTUALLY get them - PROBABLY before Christmas so they DON'T REALISE that we ORDERED THEM EARLY because we needed them for PRE CHRISTMAS activities!!!
Its like we have to be GRATEFUL NOW that its tracked when it should have tracked IN THE FIRST PLACE
And then GRATEFUL to get them in time for Christmas when they REALLY should have been delivered ages ago and the snow is just an excuse!!!
I have received EVERYTHING else I have ordered from other companies which I ordered MUCH later then my BHS order!!

Hang on a minute! .... ONE of my orders IS tracking - The one I placed on 3rd Dec but the FIRST order I placed on 2nd Dec STILL is not tracking!
NOT LOOKING GOOD and one of them is my boyfriends Christmas present which I've PROMISED HIM! ( And they're OOS but I would not even step into their store now out of principle and how they treat their customers!!! )
Its so ridiculous I am past caring now ... slowly losing the will to live over this order!!!...0 -
i havent even had a despatch email and I ordered mine on the 4th, cant get into my bhs account either, its tracking on quidco so ive had to email them, Never again either!!!0

So is it at the stage that if you RING them they get it out to you but if you DON'T it just SITS their till they hear if we want a refund or not?????

Well mine has now moved from Droitwich to a depot about an hour away from me.
Might get it today, might not, beyond caring now as I needed it for this morning. Now had to wrap up a present intended for someone else to take in today but I don't think this hamper will be a suitable replacement for the other person, if that makes sense.
I'm on another forum and have heard that Royal Mail have a HUGE backlog from the first week of December but are delivering later items first?? This has happened to me and my mum. Have had recent items delivered but we are both missing parcels from that week.
More snow forecast so no doubt RM and other courier companies will use their "get out of jail free card" again. :mad:Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

I did 3 orders on the 4th Nov received 1 & the other two are still showing as in the HDNL warehouse.
After 14 emails & some phone calls to BHS I only received 3 replies saying my orders where in the HDNL warehouse & they would look into it.
Heard nothing since?
I've even emailed the customer service manager & no reply.
Then out of the blue they refunded me instead?
Spoke to the HDNL warehouse manager & he said they'd been sent back but I can still track them??????????0
