I have had first class service from them as have the others I have spoken to. This certainly makes we question their level of service, unless Chris is away on holiday!! I will certainly be having words to find out why you are having so much trouble.

I sent the email and included the name in the subject field like you said, but still no reply!

If giving them until the 28th February, and then I'll be cancelling my order!

Hopefully if I do have to cancel I will be able to get my money back!

Received the following reply at 10:25 today!

Hello,

We have recieved no payments with your order number. Please confirm the referance number used to send the payment.

Not very helpful!

After I sent the reference number I got this reply:

Hello,

We have no payment with that referance number.

Just got a reply to each of my emails:

We have not yet recieved this payment.

Told them they have until tomorrow to sort this out!

Update: I have still not had any reply from them since 24th February!

They should definitly have received the payment. Was sent on the 18th and I have checked with my bank and it has been sent and the details are correct!

You could try http://www.34sp.com for hosting - I use them, and they respond fine to my queries. Cheaper too, only £15/year.

Will host PHPBB happily (although I haven't actually tried that yet, I use the discussion software built in to front page for now - failrly crap having to use front page extensions to load up the site though, but that Front Page for you, nothing to do with 34sp).

Update on HostPlus: I've sent an email to every address on their website that I could find! I've told that they have to 10pm tonight otherwise I will be cancelling my account!!!!

i also sent them a copy of the email via fax!

Still now joy though through their telephone number!
