Reboot and go into SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING (Did you try rkill in NORMAL mode 1st? if not try that 1st) and rerun rkill etc:idea:0 -
My internet will not connect in safe mode with networking even tho I have wifi access. I may have to load the malware ont the usb aswell? I have tried restarting in normal mode but the virus comes straight back and blocks internet. Thanks for your help so far.0

Hi
I have been unable to sort this problem.
I have downloaded and run rkill in safe mode with networking.
I have tried to open and run malware bytes from the usb but it will not load. I get a message saying runtime error 0.
Any ideas
