I think im getting better at it and not worrying so much.

The 2nd one yesterday did get a bit stuck on the way down, but i just kept swallowing and it went. I seem to think it's really going to get stuck and choke me I think, lol (im a bit dramatic!)

I hope this thread can help others with the same problem as there are some great tips thanks to everyone
