Anyone received theirs yet? Mine was dispatched on the 5th but still no sign. And the snow is very quickly melting now!

Edited to add I just tracked the parcel with Royal Mail and get this:
"The sender has advised us that item FD267539251GB will be posted into the Royal Mail network on the 2010-12-05."

  • Mine came yesterday and I have to admit to being a bit disappointed with them :( They've been bent at some point and don't sit straight plus, despite being a size 7 - my size, they don't fit! Too small :( But with a £1 'restocking fee' don't know if I can be bothered sending them back or if I should just see if one of my friends wants them.

    Oh no, I ordered a 7 too.
Maybe try ringing customer services and say they are damaged - they can't expect you to lose out financially if they are damaged as that's not your fault (like just changing your mind for no reason).

People don't realise that with online sales you can cancel within 7 days and there's no restocking fee and you get ur original postage back too, have a look at their terms and conditions, you post a letter saying as per the DSR's(distance selling regulations) you wish to cancel your order, you have to contact them online as well as sending the cancelling letter,it's all in their terms on their site.
  • Really? Thank you, I'll try that :)

Got mine this morning by Royal Mail van and I'm so disappointed. They are far too small for a size 7 (more like 6-6.5) and they are so thin and flimsy.
Going to see if my younger sister wants them, otherwise they're going back.
Wish I had waited and ordered the bargain purple stripey ones from Millets the next day, 50p cheaper too lol.
    :(

I'm sympathising here! Brought mine to work with me to return and forgot the returns form lol will get them posted back tomorrow though, going to go for a refund as they're not really in any state to give to anyone else :(
