25/01/21: Identity checks completed, solicitors instructed
27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!

Bit of an odd question but do you know how wide they are at the "mouth". I recently brought some wellies from Tesco and couldn't get them up my leg! strange as i'm only a size 14 and don't noramlly have problems!0

sorry i don't just seen it and thought it might help some1, i spent £15 on a pair of wellies since we've got LOADS of snow and just thought that they where really cheap. you could try and email or phone maybe x0

I still think it's not a bad price. I have been looking for wellies for DD as she Keeps stealing mine and thought these were reasonable.0

Thanks for this- although they probably won't arrive in time, I am getting them sent to my student daughter in York who has not taken her wellies to Uni and so is desparate for some! Even if they don't get there before the thaw,it will be good not to have to take wellies back and forth from there to here.0
