I've gone for it. I don't have any flat waterproof boots, and even if the snow clears before they arrive it's only December 3, we're bound to get a bit more before winter's out.

11/01/21: Offers accepted on both sales & on our joint purchase

27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on purchase. Mortgage offer amended

    26/02/21: Partner's sale contract signed
    10/03/21: Purchase searches all back

28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.

I used the 25% code DANCE yesterday and was still working so knocks a bit off postage :)
  • great thanks Ive ordered some and found a Crimbo pressie too - another tick on my list
  • i still think these are a good price as most retailers are selling them at £12 so even with the delivery charge its less than going out and buying a pair if you can actually get them in stock!!! lol

Bit of an odd question but do you know how wide they are at the "mouth". I recently brought some wellies from Tesco and couldn't get them up my leg! strange as i'm only a size 14 and don't noramlly have problems!

Unfortunately, I don't think you can know how wide the top is. Since you had a disappointment before, might be best to only buy ones you can try on.

I've always had the problem where most shoes don't fit me comfortably (they either rub my heel or pinch my toes), so I have to try them on and can't order deals online. I looked at this deal anyway because the price was so low, but fortunately I not only didn't like the pattern, but they don't have my size -- it saved me deciding whether to take the risk, lol.
