I think we'd all like that, but life's a compromise. As a general rule, you can get top levels of grip or top levels of wear, but not both.
Look at some Michelin Energy tyres - they'll provide a good balance of each requirement, but they're not that cheap. I'd expect to pay around £60-65 per corner fully fitted.
Some of the quietest tyres come from BF Goodrich, part of Michelin. If you can find any Nokian tyres are extremely good, and pretty good value.
Finally, take a look at Continental. These German tyres are generally good in all areas, with good wear rates and good wet and dry grip (although I was personally disappointed with grip in the damp).0
